DELIVERY TIMINGS

Automatic acceptance of orders is not binding on us if not received in advance as per conditions. However, in case of orders received later, we do try to deliver at the earliest, as per your requirement but delivery in time cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will take place between 9.00 AM and 11.00 PM mid night. In case we receive your Order to be delivered on a Saturday or a day before a holiday, steps are taken to process the following day after Sunday or Holiday as the case maybe and make sure that they are cleared for delivery. SUBSTITUTION POLICY

If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with next best available flavour, colour, shape, size. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

DELIVERY RULES

  • All deliveries are done only to correct addresses. In case of incorrect address, you as a customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. That is why please make sure your shipping address is correct.
  • No delivery is done to PO Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with Pin Code / Zip Code.
  • Make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
  • No multiple addresses order is entertained.
  • For Orders of two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days. This is due to varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.
  • No responsibility is undertaken by Brown Bear Bakers for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by courier agency. 

NOTE:

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary as per rules from country to country and must be paid directly by you as a customer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process.

QUERIES

Q. What happens in case of shipping delays?

A. There are times when due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

Likewise, there are shipping delays when an item may be out of stock OR there is an unusual delay in filling an order. In such cases, you will be informed immediately and deliveries made later.

Q. How far is your responsibility in delivery shipment?

A. All dates for delivery are approximate only. We are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. There are times when we may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. And then there are times when we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order. 

Q. What happens if my order is lost in transit?
